Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow two to five business days to process your order. We strive for quick customer service, but we are a small family business. Expect an email within two to five business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE or LOCAL PICKUP 

Orders can be picked up by appointment only. If you would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to Canada and Mexico only at the moment. Anyone outside North America please contact us for possible arrangements.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My Way Acres Farm and Fiber is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
