Our bobbins are made from Baltic birch and are shatterproof. Since our bobbins are glued by hand, the distance between the bobbin and the orifice bar may vary slightly.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
Any bobbins that break within 1 year of purchasewe can replace for free. If your bobbin breaks, email a picture with your shipping address and proof of purchase (order number) to receive a replacement.If you ordered directly from dealer inventory, contact your dealer for a bobbin replacement.
